Not quite right? You have 14 days from delivery to send it back for a refund or exchange — no questions asked.
How to return
Email studio@fmz.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 24 hours with a returns label and instructions.
Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, drop it at your nearest carrier point, and you're done.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 — 5 working days of us receiving the return. You'll get an email confirmation the moment it's sent.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Let us know in your return email and we'll set the new piece aside for you while your return is in transit.
What we can't accept
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags.
Final-sale and exclusive drop items, where clearly marked at checkout.
Returns received outside the 14-day window.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover the return shipping and either replace or refund the item.
