Orders & payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or fails fraud checks — you'll be refunded in full if that happens.
Pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. International orders may be subject to local duties on arrival.
Product accuracy
We do our best to represent every product accurately — colours, materials, fits — but minor variation between batches and on-screen rendering can occur.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (logos, photography, copy, designs) is owned by FMZ or used under licence. Don't reuse it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
FMZ isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or its products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
