Every order is hand-checked, sealed, and dispatched from our Manchester studio. Tracking is always included.
United Kingdom
Free standard delivery on every UK order. Tracked, signed, and typically delivered within 2 — 4 working days.
Need it sooner? Express next-day delivery is available at checkout for orders placed before 2pm GMT (Mon — Fri).
Europe
Tracked delivery to most of Europe within 4 — 7 working days. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. All EU duties are pre-paid — no surprise fees on arrival.
Rest of the world
International tracked delivery within 7 — 14 working days. Local duties and import taxes may apply on arrival depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a live tracking link the moment your order leaves the studio. If anything looks off, reach out at studio@fmz.com and we'll chase it.
Order cut-off
Orders placed before 2pm GMT (Mon — Fri) ship the same day. Orders placed over the weekend ship Monday morning.
